PLACING AN ORDER FROM OUR WEBSITE
How do I order from your website?
  Our website do not support online purchase. However, you can still order from us in 3 simple steps:
 
  1. Click on the ‘POSTAL ORDER’ button. Fill up your particulars and orders in the ordering form provided and click ‘SUBMIT’.
  2. We will be contacting you within 3 working days with information about stock availability, shipping charges and other information that you will require to make the payment.
  3. With the information provided, you can proceed to make your payment. E-mail us with the necessary details so that we can confirm your payment.
  4. If we do not receive your confirmation of payment within 10 working days, we shall automatically cancel your order.
 
What methods of payment do you accept?
  For Local Orders
 
  • Money Order or Postal Order
  • Bank Draft or Cheques
  • Direct Bank-In to account (account information will be provided once order is confirmed)
  •   For International Orders

    Do I need to register as a member before I place an order?
     
    It is not necessary to register yourself as a member to be able to place an order with us. However, if you register as a member, you will enjoy more benefits and discounts.
     
    What if I want something that is not on your website?
     

    We are concern about customers' satisfaction. As such, you are always welcomed to request for items that are not listed for sale on our website.

    Just e-mail us your order request at postalorder@animetech.net. It would be better if you could provide us with images of the item/s that you are looking for.

    We will try to source for the items from our suppliers or manufacturers and will inform you if the item/s is/are available.

     
    I've already placed my order... Can I add on extra items?
     

    You can only do so if you have not make your payment to us as we need to recalculate the amount you need to pay for the additional item. Otherwise, you will have to make another new order.

     
    What if I ordered something that I don’t want. How can I cancel my order?
     
    If you need to cancel your order for any items, just e-mail us at postalorder@animetech.net to inform us. We can only cancel the order if the items are not yet being shipped to you. Once you cancel your order for an item, you will need to replace it with another item of the same value.
     
    Can I return purchased goods?
     
    Items purchased cannot be returned in exchange for cash. However, if you found out that you have already purchased the item before, you can send back the item/s to us in it’s original form/packaging for exchange with another item of the same value or with a higher value.
     
    The products were damaged! What is your return policy?
     
    E-mail us at postalorder@animetech.net with details of the damaged item so that we can prepare the replacement item for you. If replacement is available, send back the damaged items to us and we will then send the replacement items to you. If the item is no longer in stock, you will need to choose another item of the same value or higher to be replaced with the damaged item.
     
    How long do I need to wait for my order to arrive?
      For local orders (within Malaysia)
     
    Upon receiving your payment, your order will be shipped to you. You should be able to receive your order within 3 working days.
      For International Orders
     

    Upon receiving your payment, your order will be shipped to you. You should be able to receive your order within 5-7 working days depending on your location.

    If you need to know about the status of your order, please e-mail to postalorder@animetech.net. Remember to quote your ORDER ID in your e-mail to us.

    How do I subscribe unsubscribe to the newsletter?
